Keep each transfer separate
Create multiple jobs with their own server, credentials, remote path, local folder, exclusions, mode, and schedule.
Run without repetitive copying
Run every set number of minutes or at selected days and times, then let due jobs move through one orderly queue.
See exactly what happened
Review connection state, the current file, transfer rate, progress, result counts, next run, and errors from the main display.
More than a generic FTP client
Repeatable jobs, predictable change detection, and safer unattended runs.
BroadcastSync is a one-way pull from a remote FTP or explicit FTPS folder to a local folder. It is built for recurring station tasks such as collecting syndicated programmes, remote recordings, promos, sweepers, news feeds, and archive copies.
Choose the transfer mode
Download new and changed files, collect new files without overwriting local copies, or run a deliberate full refresh.
Control comparison
Compare remote and local files by size and timestamp, size only, or timestamp only to suit the behaviour of the source server.
Queue concurrent due work
Jobs do not run in parallel. If several are due together, they wait in sequence instead of opening simultaneous sessions to the server.
Protect incomplete transfers
Downloads use a temporary partial file and only replace the destination after the transfer completes successfully.

A safer first run
Prove the path before enabling automation.
- Use an empty local folder.Keep the first test away from an established media library.
- Leave pruning switched off.Confirm downloads and exclusions before allowing removal of local files.
- Test the connection.Verify the credentials and remote path, then review the reported item count.
- Run Sync Now.Inspect what arrived before setting the schedule and enabling automatic operation.
Syndicated content delivery
Collect programmes from a provider before their scheduled broadcast time without manually checking the remote folder.
Recording retrieval
Bring compliance or operational recordings back from a remote site to a studio or review computer.
Promos, feeds, and archive copies
Maintain a local copy of supplied promos, sweepers, news feeds, or an archive published to a remote server.
